Quality Promotion Office
Welcome to the Quality Promotion Website
The Quality Promotion Office of the National University of Ireland, Maynooth was established in 1996 and is located within the portfolio of the Deputy President and Vice-President for Innovation and Strategic Initiatives.
The Office offers an integrated service assisting staff in a range of activities related to both quality assurance and quality improvement. It facilitates departments, schools, institutes, centres, offices and units in the development of their quality assurance procedures and practices, and supports those undertaking Quality Review.
It works closely with the Quality Promotion Sub-Committee, the University Committee charged with responsibility for quality in all aspects of the work of the University. It cooperates fully with the Irish Universities Quality Board in its activities, particularly in the conduct of institutional reviews.
